How do I return or exchange a product?

Dance Photography
Customers that have prepaid for a package without first seeing a preview or a proof can return their photos to EAP within 14 days of receiving them for a refund.
Refunds are not given on specialty items such as, but not
limited to, Mugs, Mouse Pads, Jewelry, Pocketbooks, etc. Customers that have viewed a proof on photo day
or viewing day and have selected the picture
of their choice are not eligible for a refund or an exchange. Class Photos cannot be returned for a refund. (Class Photos that
are included in a package
will be deducted from the customer's refund if the individual photos are returned for a refund.)
Customers who wish to return their photos or products should call our Customer Service Department at 631-476-0134 between the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday thru Friday for
the address to return their photos and products. Photos and Products being returned will be issued a RA#. Photos and Products returned without a RA# will not be accepted.
EAP does not cover the postage and handling for the return of photos or products.

Sports Photography

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on in-house studio work.

DVD & VIMEO Purchases
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on DVD's or EAPTV purchases. All sales are FINAL.
