PLEASE READ OUR LIMIT OF LIABILITY ON THE PRODUCTS WE SELL

EAP processes orders we receive within 4 - 12 weeks. Customers that do not receive a product they purchased within 12 weeks should contact EAP's Customer Service Department for information on the status of their order. Any correspondence we receive after 16 weeks from the date of purchase for product claims or merchandise that the customer claims haven't been received will not be honored for replacement at no cost or for refunds. EAP is not responsible for any damage caused by the use of any of our specialty products on any electronic device.
